Family Dharma Service for Sunday, September 13, 2026 with a Dharma Talk by Joy Nishida. This Jodo Shinshu Buddhist service was officiated by Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii Bishop Toshiyuki Umitani. Joy and the four Jr. Young Buddhists Association (YBA) members from WBT who recently attended their annual convention on the Big Island shared their experiences.
The theme of the State Convention was "Sangha Means Family," which was inspired by the movie, "Lilo and Stich," and Joy shares Dharma lessons gleaned from the movie.
